Bowman Richardson was the caretaker of Sea View Villa toward the later years of the Sweet Family ownership of the property and stayed on with the Spiratos family when they bought it in 1945 until he retired. One thing is for sure this caretaker had it good. His residence had one of the best views at Sea View Villa and this apartment located on the second floor of the carriage house was where he resided while being employed by both families.

Breathtaking views of the world famous Cliff Walk and Easton’s beach await you from every window of this apartment. Step out onto your very own private balcony to watch one of the most spectacular sun sets in the world set over all the mansions and the sunlight sparkling on the reef crashing right off shore, truly a little slice of Heaven on Earth. This apartment has many of the original charms such as the original tin molded walls and ceilings that were popular during that era. The bookcase in the living room is also original from 1881.
